GOLD'NBERG's Policies:


Payment –

·          GOLD'NBERG currently accepts payment through PayPal only. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay this way, simply click the PayPal button                   when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.

·         Tax will be added to shipments within Israel (17%)

·         All international purchases will hold the buyer responsible for his/hers country's taxes/duties. Each country is different in rates so please do proper research                   prior to your purchase. With that being said, a declaration of Israeli origin will be attached to the  invoice, regarding countries who has a traid agreements with                 Israel for reduced/ no tax duties. 


Shipping & delivery –

·         GOLD'NBERG offers FREE worldwide shipping via FEDEX. Delivery within 3-4 business days.

·         All orders are sent with a confirmation number, which can be tracked.

·         Shipping times are estimated, on special holidays delays may occur.

·         All items are custom made to order - and take about two-three weeks to be ready for shipping.

·         The order will be shipped to the address provided by you, at checkout. We also ship to a third party, if you wish your item to be a gift- please let us know.

·         All items are sent out gift boxed in an elegant & branded box, and are carefully prepared for shipment. 

·         Please add you're phone no' at checkout so the Currier messenger could schedule the drop off at your convenient time.


Returns & refunds –

·         If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item. We will give you the return address and will refund the amount, minus           shipping costs, once we have received the piece back, within a 14 days limit from the time you have contacted us regarding your order.

·         Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging.

·         The return shipment could be arranged by us via FedEx, But will be paid by the customer. In any way, we will not be responsible for items sent via regular mail.

·         If parcel lost or sent to the wrong address, we will not refund or exchange.

·         Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and applied via PayPal,                  within a certain amount of days.

·         We do, however, prefer to fix any problem or issue you might have with the item, if we can. So talk to us before sending the item back. We believe in Customer                service and will try to help in any way we can.

·         Custom orders / Special orders - Will not be accepted for return or refunded (except damaged items).
